Platform Terms and Conditions of Service
1. General Provisions
1.1 By visiting the platform, purchasing products, using any services, or registering an account and clicking "Accept," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including related terms (collectively referred to as the "Terms of Service"), the Privacy Policy, and all other policies appearing on this platform. For your own benefit, please study these terms and policies in detail before making a purchase or using our services.
1.2 PRYNWAN may amend these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. PRYNWAN PTE. LTD. will post the amended terms on the platform. You have the right to accept or reject the amended terms; however, continued use of the platform constitutes full and complete acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
1.3 You agree that in using the services of PRYNWAN PTE. LTD.—whether visiting the website/application or ordering products—you must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
1.4 These Terms of Service are prepared in English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Singapore version shall prevail.
1.5 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the Singapore Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the platform or these terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 "User" means any natural or legal person who visits or uses the platform, regardless of whether they have made a purchase on www.prynwan.sg.
2.2 "Platform" means the website or application providing online shopping services managed by PRYNWAN PTE. LTD.
2.3 "Website" means the online shopping site managed by PRYNWAN PTE. LTD. at www.prynwan.sg or under any other name.
2.4 "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding government and public holidays.
3. Platform Usage
3.1 Scope of Service
3.1.1PRYNWAN PTE. LTD. ("the Company") provides the platform at www.prynwan.sg for product ordering, delivery, and related services within the Company’s designated service areas ("Online Shopping Service").
3.1.2 The service area is limited to Singapore and depends on the delivery network of the carriers specified on the platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to users outside the service area.
3.1.3 The Company reserves its service for users aged 12 years and above.
3.2 Provision of Information
3.2.1 You agree to provide accurate and truthful information for all orders. You must update your information directly on the platform or notify the Company via WhatsApp Account (@PRYNWAN.SG) within a reasonable time; otherwise, the Company will rely on the latest information provided (e.g., shipping address, contact number).
3.2.2 User Warranties:
1. You warrant that all information provided is true and that your mobile number/email is active.
2. If you are under 20 years of age, you warrant that you are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if you:
3.3.1 Disrupt platform security or restrict access/copying of content.
3.3.2 Impersonate others or provide false identity information.
3.3.3 Distribute SPAM, junk mail, or harmful software.
3.3.4 Upload viruses or data that disrupts the equipment of other users.
3.3.5 Use the platform for illegal purposes or to infringe upon the intellectual property of the Company or others.
3.3.6 Interfere with, hack, or obstruct other users' access.
3.3.7 Collect platform data without prior written permission.
3.3.8 Upload content that is immoral, obscene, threatening, politically biased, or harmful to the Company's image.
3.3.9 Defame or harass shareholders, executives, or staff of PRYNWAN PTE. LTD.
3.3.10 Use the platform for unauthorized advertising or promotional content.
4. Personal Data
You acknowledge and consent to the Company’s processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Sales and Service Agreement
5.1 Ordering
5.1.1 Transactions are subject to these Terms. You may order as a registered member or as a guest.
5.1.2 The Company reserves the right to reject orders if stock is insufficient. The Company’s decision is final in the event of a dispute.
5.1.3 You may cancel an order until 11:00 AM on the day of the order cutoff. No cancellations are permitted after this time.
5.1.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of being "bulk wholesale" purchases at its sole discretion.
5.1.5 While we strive for accuracy, descriptions/images are for reference. If unsatisfied, you may return the product per the Return Policy.
5.1.6 If a paid order is cancelled by either party, the Company will process a refund within 14 business days.
5.2 Price and Payment
5.2.1 Prices are subject to tax. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5.2.2 Payment must be made through the platform’s online methods only.
5.3 Discounts
5.3.1 Discount codes/coupons are subject to specific conditions and may be changed or cancelled at the Company’s discretion.
5.3.2 Discounts do not apply to infant formula/supplements (under 3 years), alcohol, tobacco, or other legally restricted items.
5.4 Delivery
5.4.1 Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 days after full payment and address confirmation, subject to the Shipping Terms.
5.5 Product Warranty
5.5.1 Warranties are subject to the terms of the specific manufacturer.
5.5.2 Products are insured against shipping damage according to the carrier's terms.
5.5.3 Aside from the Return Policy, the Company is not liable for product properties or quality.
5.6 Payments and Invoices
5.6.1 There is no registration fee for a platform account.
5.6.2 Tax invoices/receipts are issued based on provided info at checkout and cannot be edited once issued.
5.6.3 If you use a credit card without authorization, you are liable for all resulting damages and payments.
5.7 Data Input
5.7.1 By submitting reviews or comments, you grant the Company exclusive rights to that data. The Company may delete or edit content deemed misleading or inappropriate.
6. Return Policy

8.3 When sharing content to other platforms, you are responsible for checking their respective Terms and Conditions.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Services are provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.
9.2 The Company does not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
9.3 All express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness are disclaimed.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRYNWAN PTE. LTD., its shareholders, and employees from any damages or costs arising from your breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages or loss of income resulting from your use of the service.
11.2 The Company is not liable for technical failures, delays, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to the platform.
